Frequently Asked Questions
What is a HELOC?
A home equity line of credit is financing secured by your home that allows eligible borrowers to access a line based in part on available home equity, credit and underwriting requirements.
Do I have to refinance my current mortgage?
No. This HELOC is designed as a second lien, so an eligible borrower can keep an existing first mortgage in place.
How much can I borrow?
Eligible program options offer lines up to $750,000. Your actual amount depends on property value, existing liens, credit, income, underwriting and other program requirements.
Can I take another draw right after closing?
The program requires a minimum initial draw at closing and has a 90-day lockout period before subsequent draws. Additional draw procedures and availability are subject to servicing and program requirements.
Is this an approval or loan application?
No. This page is an inquiry and pre-screening form. It is not a commitment to lend or an approval. A complete application and underwriting review are required.
